1. Shipping Rates & Options At Nib Haircare by Nehal, we strive to deliver your products in a timely and efficient manner. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

2. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you of any significant delays.

3. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the courier’s website.

4. Shipping Partners We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your products arrive safely and on time. Our primary shipping partners include Posti. We also work with local couriers for domestic deliveries within Finland.

5. International Shipping We currently ship to Finland, Estonia, and Sweden. Please note that international shipments may be subject to additional customs fees, taxes, or duties upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

6. Shipping Restrictions Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. Additionally, certain products may be restricted from shipping to specific destinations due to local regulations.

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please retain all packaging and products if your order arrives damaged, as we may require photos for our investigation.

8. Incorrect Address It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. If an incorrect address is provided, and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order to the correct address.
